The International Showcase is back on May 3rd!

After postponing one of CDM’s favorite events last fall, we are bringing the International Showcase back on May 3rd from  5:30pm- 7:30pm. This event is to celebrate CDM’s diverse culture. Bring a traditional or family favorite dish to share (16-20 servings), enjoy crafts, displays and entertainment and learn something new about the various cultural backgrounds of our students and their families! Everyone is encouraged to wear traditional attire to represent their heritage. This is a free PTA-sponsored and organized event.

Mark your calendars for our first evening PTA Association of this school year on Friday, March 22nd at 6:00pm in the CDM Library.

Dinner and childcare will be provided. Dinner starts at 5:30 in front of the MUR.
Please RSVP HERE by March 18th in order to attend.


Join us for our PTA Association Meeting followed by Mr. Leivera’s presentation and discussion on “Raising Resilient and Independent Children”. He will discuss ways that parents can support their child’s social-emotional needs, executive functioning skills (i.e. organization and time management), and other strategies to support your child at home in order to set them up for success at school. We hope to see you there!

Congratulations to CDM’s Science Olympiad Team!!!!

Congratulations to our Science Olympiad Team who just competed in the San Diego Regional Tournament on February 24th!  Our team competed for the first time against more experienced and older teams and we are so proud of all of the preparation, hard work, and dedication that each CDM Dragon put into their competition.  A big congratulations goes to Sakura and Tu with the help from Coach Ganesh who earned a medal in the  Wheeled Vehicle division. Great job, CDM Dragons!
